But I keep myself limited to only 4 Medium. Call, Email, Text and What's App That's why I don't need to check inboxes of 20 different Apps 50 times because I know that people who are important to me will approach me through these channels. So you too can apply this method to avoid unnecessary chaos in your life.
6. Do not use phone while studying.
The way people don't enter the temple wearing slippers, similarly don't take your phone with you to the temple of your studies. If the phone is necessary for studies, then you can block or lock unwanted apps. But if the phone is avoidable then keep it in another room. With this, you will not have the urge to check the phone again and again and you will not be disturbed by someone's message or call.
7. Use different Gmail.
Most Important Things You Use Two Different Accounts, One for Study and Work Purpose and the other for Entertainment. So with this you will be able to support your focus time, your free time. If you feel like taking a break while studying and you want to use YouTube, then use your study account, it will give you similar suggestions that will motivate and inspire you to study. So ultimately, instead of being distracted by it, you will feel more driven.
