1. Walks Attitude
There was a lot of quality in Napoleon, due to which he is considered the greatest general in history, but his biggest quality was his Boundless Energy. During the time of campaigns, he used to work for 18 to 20 hours every day and if needed, he would not even sleep many nights. He used to know every detail about the war, many times he used to ride horses for miles and after traveling came back and started working again. Biographers believe that he was never satisfied.
In 1796, he made France win from Italy, as soon as this war ended, he took his French army to Egypt for war. When he felt that the war with Egypt was not going well and he was not being allowed to work in his own way, he quickly reached France and by conspiracy became the first consul there. Together they went on another war and in the same way they would go to the next campaign one after the other and that too with a limitless energy without stopping.
It happens that whenever we walk and keep Attitude, then we get bored. Napoleon says that "we lack energy only when we give ourselves challenges lighter than our own capability." If we take risk then our mind and body will get so much energy that we will archive that which we had never thought that is why "Never settle down and make risk a constant practice."
2. Not doing, just thinking.
Del says that once in 1943 he was trying to jump into the pool but the wood on which he was standing broke and he fell hard on the floor, he was taken to the hospital and the doctor told him that his ribs were broken. and a rib punctured his right lung.
He stayed in the hospital for three months but after that the doctor said that there is no improvement till now. Del was very shocked that it has been three months but there is no improvement in me. He thought for a long time that this is because he just lays down all day thinking about his illness and that is why his body is not recovering. Del again asked the doctor to shift me to the adjacent ward called Country Club where patients can do any work of their choice. Del was shifted there.
After that Del learned oil painting there, read many books on Psychology, played Contract Bridge Game, he became so busy in these activities that he could not remember anything about his illness. Del was happy then after passing the next three months, the entire medical staff came to congratulate him that he had made an amazing recovery and could go home.
So the point is that when we sit and keep worrying about our life then there is no improvement either in health like Del or in anything else in life but when we remove our mind from tension and execute some action If you apply it, then improvements start happening.
3. Not facing the fear.
Georges Patton was the General of the USA Army in World War whose maximum family members were also martyred during the Civil War by serving in the position of General and Colonel in the Army. In World War 1, during 1918, Patton entered the war for the first time, Patton had handled the Tank Division. Patton somehow reached his American Infantry Army Mountain Top. But then the Germans started firing on them, due to which he and his army had to take cover there, soon Patton came to know that those people were trapped.
If they move backwards, they will be fired from the side of the hill and if they move forward, the Germans will kill them all with machine guns. Patton got scared, his legs started trembling, but then he remembered all those in his family who were martyred in the army.
Patton felt as if all of them were calling Patton to be a witness. Georges Patton felt that if he had to die, he would die by moving forward and not by retreating. As soon as Patton stood up to give orders to his army, he was shot in the leg and fell down. But somehow they all left from there. Since then, even when he became a journalist, he had made it a habit that whenever he had to report on any war, he would go to Frontlines and report himself so that he could overcome his fear again and again.
We get two lessons from this story. First, it is better to face fear than hiding from fear, because because of fear, we freeze and cannot take any action. The second lesson we get is that when we get scared If we leave our presence of mind, then we not only fall in the eyes of ourselves but also in the eyes of our family, our groups, our friends. If we are a leader, then many people are watching us, that is why we should take decisions keeping our composure.
4. Worrying too much.
Joseph tells his story that ever since I was a kid, I used to worry about everything. Many things that I used to worry about were not even real, many times I used to get worried that I am missing something for which I should be worried.
It went on like this for many years, but once I was at the train station with my friends because we had to go somewhere, there was some time for our train to arrive, so I stood in front of another train which was about to leave, I wanted to see its engine. Then a man got down from that train and started shouting (everybody has boarded the train) he looked for a while and as soon as the green light was on, after that the train started and started its journey of 2500 km.
Joseph says that I don't know why this line got connected to me, I kept thinking about that train and that man that he is going to travel 2500 km and he is not worried that he might get into an accident on the way. If there is some delay, if there is a fault in the train, they just leave and I keep on taking tension in my life thinking what will happen next. And all the time I used to think that I will move forward only when all the lights are green in life. But on the example of this train, now I have stopped taking tension, when you get the signal, then move on, when the problem comes, handle it only then.
5. Thinking about people.
Man, what would people think if I wore this dress, if I went to a party with a cheap cell phone, everyone would consider me poor, if I told my aunt that I didn't get a job, what would she think. Every one of us is very insecure, we feel that every person is thinking about us leaving all the work, when the other person is also feeling the same.
Jeff Bezos says that if you ever feel like this and it seems that the social pressure has become too much, then once you get out of the house and go to a very crowded place, start watching that crowd comfortably. Not even a single man will be thinking about you. Some mother will worry about her child, some about her job, some about her school assignments. That's why we should think about our work and not change our decisions thinking about others.
6. Sharing your goals and secrets.
NASA Astronaut Garrett Reisman, who has worked with Elon Musk, says that Elon Musk always talks to people about the same topic that they know about. For example Elon Musk never talked to Garrett about NEURALINK company because Garrett is an astronaut and not a biologist and this is a method by which Elon manages his time very well.
But a normal person starts sharing his dreams with everyone, especially with negative people or with those people who never understand his dreams and this is the reason that we get negativity back, which reduces the intensity of our goals. That's why Chanakya had also said that never share your goals and your secrets with anyone.
7. Choosing the wrong logo.
A study has shown that maximum people of young age get trapped in the habits of smoking, in this young age they do not get used to smoking because they like smoke. Rather, Maxim gets used to it because of this. Because they consider any wrong person as their hero Conscious or Subconscious, may be that hero is a street goon whom that boy mistook for school or a movie hero.
That's why it is better that we consider him as our hero who will take us in the right direction and for this we have to expose ourselves to the same content. So that the programming of our brain is done in a better way like the books of great people or their company. Only then we can improve.
So friends, today we have seen 7 habits which can ruin our life.
1. Walks Attitude – In which we had seen the story of Napoleon that he did not walk with Attitude but always used to believe in challenging himself, that is why we have read his name in history books.
2. No Action Only Thinking - In which we saw that how much the stress level increases just by thinking, due to which the body does not even recover.
3. Running From Fears - In this we had seen that when Georges Patton was scared in a war, to remove that fear, he repeatedly went to the frontlines of the war and took reports himself so that his fear would end.
4 Worrying Too Much - In which we saw Joseph's story that how he got a lesson from a normal train journey that even for a journey of 2500 km, his operators did not take tension, just according to the target in front of him. Used to cover miles.
5. Being Insecure - In which we saw that we always keep thinking that what other people will think about us. But if we go to a crowded area, we will come to know that no one cares about us, that's why we should take action with our own understanding and not by coming under social pressure.
6. Talking About Your Dreams With People Who Do Not Understand Them – In which we saw that we should not share our goals with anyone, but if we have to do it then do it with someone who can understand it, otherwise there will always be negativity. .
7. Wrong Hero- In which we saw that the lives of maximum young people are ruined because they consider the wrong person as their subconscious hero, so it is better that we should be impressed by those people and consider those people as their heroes who are intellectual. Those who are contributing to the society.
