The next day Shahrazad started telling the story of Kamruzzaman and Badora to Emperor Shahryar. He told that there was Khaldan kingdom near the country of Persia, which was ruled by an emperor named Shahzaman. The king had everything, just did not have a child. The king was always sad because of this. Seeing the sorrow of the king, some scholars of his state advised that he should do charity and pray to God to get a child.

When Kamaruzzaman became young, his father wanted him to be married and given the responsibility of the kingdom. But, the trouble was that his son did not want to get married. That's why when the king put the matter of marriage in front of his son, he flatly refused. On this, his mother tried to explain a lot to Kamruzzaman, but he did not agree. In anger, the emperor locked Kamruzzaman in a dungeon away from the palace. In the same dungeon, food and drink arrangements were made for Kamruzzaman. Along with this, some books were also sent to read. But, it had no effect on the prince, the prince was happy in himself.
There was a well built near the dungeon in which the prince was confined. A fairy named Maimoon lived in that well. Like every night when the fairy came out of the well and was going out for a walk. Only then his eyes fell on the soldiers present there. When he went near and saw, the soldiers were guarding outside the locked dungeon. The dungeon was also locked from outside. Pari had not seen anyone there before, so Pari used her powers to enter the room. There he saw Kamaruzzaman sleeping. The fairy was fascinated by her beauty. The fairy had never seen such a handsome young man before.
Pari deduces from the words of the soldiers that he is the king's son and has been punished for refusing to marry. She started thinking that after all, what would be the reason! Who doesn't want to marry such a handsome prince. Thinking this, the angel flew into the sky. That's when he realized someone else was behind him. The genie Nahas told Pari that the king of a kingdom in China is Gor, whose daughter's name is Badora. She is very beautiful. Hardly anyone else in the world would be as beautiful as her. Everyone wants to marry that princess, but she does not want to marry anyone. Fed up with her repeated refusals to marry, her parents have locked her in a dark room. I am going to see him only.
On hearing this, Maimoon Pari told the genie that something similar had happened to a prince as well. He is kept locked in a room nearby. She is more beautiful than that girl. Seeing both of them, the fairy said that the prince is more beautiful and the genie told Badora, the daughter of Gor Badshah, to be more beautiful. When there was no decision for a long time, both of them started arguing with each other. Then the prince woke up and was surprised to see a beautiful girl near him. He thought in his mind that maybe this is the same girl with whom his father wants him to marry. Thinking of this, the prince regretted his decision.
For some time the prince kept looking at the girl like this, only then his eyes fell on the girl's hand. The girl was wearing a beautiful blue ring in her hand. Kamruzzaman decided to marry the girl and exchanged his diamond ring with the girl's ring.
As soon as the ring was changed, the prince again went into a deep sleep and then the girl woke up. When Badora saw Kamruzzaman next to her, she was also surprised. The beauty and beauty of the prince fascinated her as well and she too started cursing herself in her mind as to why he refused to marry her. He thought that perhaps this is the prince whom the father had chosen for me.
